You can make a reservation by selecting your preferred dates and sending a booking request through the “book now” feature on our home page. Alternatively you can contact us through our Facebook page, phone number, or via email at southernwoodsrentals@gmail.com 

 The calendar is updated constantly. Once a booking is confirmed, it will be immediately reflected on the calendar. Please be aware that availability changes quickly, so book your choice early to avoid disappointment.  

Our rentals include a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, propane BBQ and laundry facilities.

We are proud to announce all our properties have gradual water access and great off dock swimming. Our lake is clean and clear.

Deposit: $500 refundable damage deposit is required in order to hold your booking. 

Balance: Balance Payments are due 30 days prior to the start of your holiday. If your booking occurs in less than 30 days of arrival, the balance payment is due within 7 days of a confirmed booking. We accept online internet banking payments (EMT) or cash.

International vacationers can wire funds directly. Contact us for details.

Pets are part of the family and are welcomed. Please indicate so on rental agreement. Pets must be contained to the property and cleaned up after. 

(Limited to 2 dogs per property.) 

·      Arrival at 4:00 p.m.

·      Departure at 11:00 a.m. 

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 7 nights during peak season. (Sunday - Sunday)

Off-Season minimum stay is 3 nights and check-in is limited to Sunday or Thursday.

You will be provided 1 bin of wood with your rental. Additional are available for purchase at a cost of $25 each. 

Fully refundable 90 days in advance of check in date. 

Cancellation requests made < 90 days of check in date are subject to 50% of deposit ($250) being held if accommodation cannot be re-rented by Southern Woods. 

Cancellation requests made < 30 days of check in date are subject to 100% of deposit ($500) being held if accommodation cannot be re-rented by Southern Woods. 

You are expected to leave the cottage as you found it. Dishes should be put away, garbage removed and used linens washed and dried. This is why we are able to waive a 'mandatory cleaning fee' that other vacation rentals charge. Furniture should be in the same place as you found it and all interior and exterior areas should be as you found it.
